I don't remember where the quote is from but there's one that comes to mind. It's something like "there's no shortage of people who would die for their country. Not a lot who would kill for it."

He'll, I can't remember if it was a movie or historic quote. Might even be a historic quote that was in some call of duty loading screen.

The guy in question had a gun and was in the same city then called the cops and said he was afraid he was going to do something to a scotus member, then turned himself in when the cops arrived. So not even an assassination attempt.
