Thats not even science just photoshop. In actuality, South Florida is going under first along with coastal cities like NY. It makes no sense for the middle of the country to be under water because it is at higher elevation. The coasts are in trouble as the glaciers melt and change the direction of the Gulf Stream.

In other words, we are in trouble but that map aint it, boss. Where did that even come from?

Now, a continent that might have a body of water going through it soon is Africa. The tectonic plates are sliding and it turns out there may be an enormous aquifer or some body of water near there. Also around 2050~2070 Europe may need a sea wall to offset rising global sea levels.

Of course, all this assumes the world has functional societies by 2050 or so because things look bleak right now.
