Topic	Drivers who reverse into parking spots

Maybe if the person takes a REALLY long time to do it but I would imagine most people who do it are fairly confident in their backing up skills. It only bugs me because a lot of people out here do it without signaling. So they go by a spot, then suddenly they stop and start backing up at full speed. Almost had a guy hit me doing that.
