Oh, my rent has stayed $995 as bound by contract - but I have a buncha fees now each month. Like I said, I did not know this becaues the website just has a gross amount you pay each month - which I thought I was paying for water/gas/sewage. Turns out they showed me an itemized thing today when I went in to complain and it's been Trash Fee, Pest Control fee, and Washer/Dryer unit.
