Basically, you have access to all the stray DLC and expansions (other than newest one: High Isle), many of which aren't included in any physical or digital bundles. You also get increased storage space for your bank, in addition to an infinite-use craft bag to store all your stray crafting materials. That last part is the real game-changer as without it, you're often stuck playing Inventory Manager 2022 and the game can suck a lot. Even after the trial ends, you can keep your progress in questlines, plus abilities, like opening thieves' troves or instakilling some NPCs with the Blade of Woe. You can also get the biggest style house by doing the Elsweyr and Southern Elsweyr questlines (the latter unlocks extra rooms).
