I know a lot of people from paras to teachers who work in them and openings often have someone in mind already unless they're real desperate B) Idk, how much more are you making at the new place? A good admin and environment can make or break teachers from what I've seen. My ex and a friend of ours started teaching at roughly the same time in two different schools, one with a great principal and faculty community and one with a really toxic one, and you can probably guess which one only lasted half a year.
