This. As soon as anything gets too popular it gets diluted and becomes more and more vague.

I remember being so confused when meme started meaning pretty much anything that wasn't to be taken serious. Almost being synonymous with "joke". Is it synonymous with joke at this point? Feels like it.

I usually just move on from using words once they hit a certain point, because they no longer describe anything with a precision I attempt to use. Plus, I usually hate buzzwords anyway, because I think they're a gateway to becoming stupid lol. No one ever looks intelligent when their posts are full of buzzwords.
