It easily could have been vastly better had the governments in charge put like, any effort in. But instead they either wanted political points or was afraid to make difficult decisions and as a result kept making everything worse, which probably doubled the duration of peak Covid.

I also learned that I REALLY can't work from Home. It might be because I'm a student and still living at home, but man could I do basically nothing and really accomplished basically nothing during all that time working remote.
