It takes milliseconds for him to turn around and end someones day. And since you cant seem to grasp the fact that the police cant verify he doesnt have a weapon on him, since you cant search a target from shooting distance. Police cannot make assumptions when innocent lives are on the line. Even if they did see a gun in the vehicle.
