Topic	Why do you stay working at a job you hate?

I'm being paid competitive salary, there's no dress code (wore a Slayer t-shirt and cargo shorts the other day), boss doesn't micromanage whatsoever, PTO works like "do what you need to do just don't abuse it" If I can motivate myself to put up with the same kind of corporate BS as I did at my old job I could definitely find something "more rewarding and more challenging for me professionally" on paper, but I realized, I never advanced at my old job before our mass layoff and am accomplishing the same exact thing here by moseying along and not dealing with that stuff.
