Zhuge Liang Kong Ming is his full name
Japanese call him Sou Katsu Kou Mei.
Chinese in that era has 4 words(?) on their names, two was given at birth and two more when they reached adulthood.
for example Cao Cao's full name is Cao Cao Meng De, Liu Bei is Liu Bei Xuan De, etc.

I... don't think this is a thing. I'm not gonna proclaim I'm an expert or anything, but I've read RoTK, and I've only seen a combination of family name + given name or family name + courtesy name. I've never come across a combination where it's all of the above.

Aren't these names also anglicanized? Like Cao Cao's real name is T'sao T'sao?

It just depends on the romanization version being used.

For the anime, it kinda fell off in the end because of less Koumei. Also, Nanami > Eiko, but both great.
