When he asked if that girl remembered him, she said he was a weird kid that just showed up in town one day with a shaved head and weird tattoos. Sounded Eerily similar to other experiments, and getting into drugs would help him forget.

Obviously I was wrong, and idk why he'd be allowed to just live in Hawkins if that was true though. But I thought it was odd to point that out about him.
