The tutorial level looks the worse but later levels look better for the most part. Turning off HDR will probably help, too. I think part of the reason why the game looks the way it does is due to some of the models, such as the small bat enemies, having over 300,000 polygons which is double and triple the amount of polygons of a playable character in a standard PS4/Xbox One game.

Though honestly, after the first few levels, you eventually get used to how the game looks.
Thanks again. I'll probably being playing on an Xone X or a PS pro. I've been wanting to wait for a sale with the DLC coming in a couple weeks but maybe I'll just pull the trigger
