People will giddily flood the streets and screech to the heavens about their rights and injustice but when it comes to the polls those very same people stay home. I don't think it's the people who are out the streets who stay home. It's the cynical people who think that a protest won't do anything, that voting doesn't do anything, combined with people who think nothing affects them, and the people who don't pay attention at all. --- I gotta be righteous, I gotta be me, I gotta be conscious, I gotta be free, I gotta be able, I gotta attack, I gotta be stable, I gotta be black. ...
