But to humor this I would go for whatever lever was closer as with such a strange design having pod handles on opposite sides of the room I have no idea which controls what. If possible I would try to stop one enough then run for the other as I would have to try to save both even if it wasnt possible as I wouldnt know that I couldnt. If sadly they both die at least I tried. Sadly knowing me I would mess up on the control and push it the wrong way speeding up the descent of the pod closest killing them both anyway.
