I don't buy every adult game that comes along, but I do try to buy the good ones. I've engaged in wanton digital violence, murder, dismemberment etc for years on end (that sounds awful doesn't it lol) and at this point, with how well some of the naughty ones are made now as opposed to being junk shovelware? I'll sit down and play a few.
