Everyone else was doing what you are supposed to do during a red light and people walking across He broke the law when he swerved out of traffic to charge the people who were engaged in a legal road crossing and had right of way at that moment Well thats not whats shown on tape and I have almost zero faith in eye witness testimony in general.
