Your miranda rights are always in effect. This is about whether your private testimony to the police can be legally inadmissible due to having not been informed. You can absolutely be brought in for questioning and then arrested based on your statements without having been warned.

None of this has to do with the current Supreme Court case though. There have always been times where Miranda Rights do not legally protect you such as if it is deemed a police officer asked you a question that has immediate impact on public safety or if you voluntarily tell an officer something while you are not arrested or contained by them.

Them bringing you in for questioning most likely means you have been arrested all ready. If by bringing in for questioning you mean voluntarily show up because you want to help the police in their investigation, of course they can arrest you now if something you say something that associates you to the guilt.
