Those football states on the Bible Belt are horrible about that stuff. The local politicians and police focus 110% of their resources on busting kids for pot while people cook meth by the pound, everyone drives drunk, and everyone is also hopelessly addicted to opiates. When I was in BR, it legitimately had an opiate culture like Colorado has a weed culture. People are hyper aggressive and literally respond like rabid pitbulls if you accidentally make eye contact with them.

I would honestly move to a new country and learn a new language before I would move back there. A massive pothead does NOT fit in well in a shitkicking football state full of redneck racists and a police force which focuses its entire effort on marijuana.

Maybe Newport needs to move his ass out to the Pacific Northwest or something and just smoke weed instead of that other crap.
