Minimum wage covers that, the only issue is it is not applied based on the cost of living for a specific area, and it is not regularly increased with the rate of inflation. Instead you get these incredibly stupid massive jumps in minimum wage that shock the economy with inflation every 10 or so years. But let's stop changing the subject. We were talking about how you think unemployed, uneducated people are somehow entitled to the same luxuries as skilled workers.
