Topic	There might be a Texas secession referendum on the ballot this year.

Two GOP senators out of the picture, 23 GOP House of Representatives members, and the Democrats only lose 12 in the deal. Pretty much immediately gives them all they need to 1) end the filibuster, 2) grant DC statehood, giving them an extra 2 Senators, 3) codify gay marriage, abortion rights, and anything else thats still only legal due to judicial precedent, and 4) expand and pack the Supreme Court.
