Again, even so, how do you propose you do this?
With a proper diagnosis, you can prescribe this man mental health medicine, but it doesnt mean hes going to follow through and take his meds.
And if you want to force medicate this person, then he will need be at state hospital, at which point youve pretty much destroyed any freedom theyve had.
Theres a shit ton of addicts on the streets who have been diagnosed with mental health conditions. But just because its been pointed out, ultimately, its that persons responsibility to take the meds they need, or rehab, or participate in the programs out there.
