I specifically remember being pissed that THUG 2 had no create a goal and lacked some options in favor of more expanded park options (which didn't make sense, imo). You could make a map and set some shit up, but...I don't remember npc dialog boxes or goals. Unless I overlooked something?You definitely overlooked something lol. You could create-a-goal in the main levels as well as create-a-park.
