Mongul has like enough physical prowess to go 1-on-1 with Superman, no conventional Sniper Rifle no matter how high powered is taking him down. Dr Doom, never removes his armor which makes him invulnerable to conventional weaponry. Reverse Flash has superspeed -- if you have superspeed you have to have superspeed reactions. Grodd has reactions that can rival the Flash, he ain't getting shot, either. The daughter in-question must have some quasi-super power, if she's taken down such creatures with a sniper rifle.
