The books and Mara Jade has its moments, but would anyone say this stuff is that much better than the sequels? Ha. If better at all?

As far the originals go even, that stuff gets old after the upteenth time. You become interested in some really good game or book that speaks to you, and then that gets old too, and you move on, and see the flaws. There's really only a few parts that are super special to you anyway, etc. I'm actually mostly pleased with the sequel trilogy at the end of the day, and find that if they focused on the elements which worked, we get interesting things like Mandalorian.
