An umbrella won't help in the Thunder Plains, if anything it might just get you killed. They probably do have towels (although we never see them) but even so. Parties coming in drenched like that would still wreck the place. I feel like each room would need a severe deep clean/dry after every single usage. Even though it's a quiet hotel Heck, install one of those air dryers they have at water parks if its that big of an issue. That would be forbidden by the most popular religion in the world.
