I try to make single sevings Ive found that for me personally, meal prepping actually makes it a bit easier to manage this type of binging. I would rail through unportioned ingredients like nobodies business, and just in the past year Ive been able to move from only eating out, to having to buy the days ingredients on the day I eat it, to being able to stock one week, to now being able to stock one month plus bulk staples. Idk I think mentally I see the prepped stuff and I just think, yeh thats all my grocery money and I dont really want to spend more. But I definitely feel the struggle, so whatever helps you manage is great.
