At a sufficient level of intimate passivity a guy who goes outside has no significantly better odds of finding a woman than a guy who plays video games in a basement all day every day. Because even if the man is around people nothing happens if he doesn't have the skills to start it himself. It really depends if he is meeting new people oir not.
