Dont think this is fake but its probably an old build. The mandarin looks quite legit if you know how to read the language. Some of the named translated to English such as Rumier and Vanderlei are very much Fire Emblem names. Plus, one of the characters has two different idle poses. People who fake this shit cant be bothered to pay attention to that sort of detail.

According to leaks, were supposed to get two Fire Emblem games this year anyways so Three Hopes soon and this in maybe late 2022 checks out. Nintendo is said to have been sitting on a finished FE game for a while now. Nobody knew exactly what it was, though. Then, FE4 remake should be coming sometime later.
