Topic	My AC is broken in the South. Any tips on keeping a room cooler?
DepreceV2 06/13/22 7:50:33 PM #1:	I havent had AC for about 2 weeks and it could be another 2 weeks before I get AC. The reasoning behind that is complicated and I dont want to type an essay about it. I also work overnights so I have to sleep during the day. My thermostat can reach as high as 90 degrees Fahrenheit even as late as 8 PM. When I get home from work in the morning, it isnt uncommon for the thermostat to be in the mid 80s. I keep windows open and I freeze a bunch of water and put it next to my fan while Im going to bed. It barely helps at all. I had no problem dealing with this for the short term but as the days roll on, it gets hotter and hotter. That means it becomes more and more unbearable.
