LeetCheet posted... Involuntary celibacy means that you're not having sex even though you'd like to.
I'm talking about wanting friends because I'm lonely and that I was a social outcast at school and still is in my adulthood.
There are some of my coworkers who I'd like to hang out with more after work.
One is a woman and we often talk and joke about our different disabilities.
This is the first person I've ever met who actually somewhat understands me.
My ex never even bothered to do that because she was too busy complaining about her horrible mother.
And then there's also these two Iranian guys.
They both occasionally checks up on me during work and asks me how it's going.
One of them even hugged me when I told him that my girlfriend cheated on me.
I don't remember the last time I received a hug from someone but that hug really felt.
More people should be like this. When you tell them your struggles and they don't try to invalidate that and give you a snarky remark afterwards.
holy shit
its up to you to make friends or find partners, thats not anyone elses job except yours
you think women have it so easy because if theyre pretty or charming then people tend to gravitate toward them socially. That happens to plenty of good looking or funny guys though as well.
And its important to remember that a lot of that attention ends up being unwanted or even dangerous or threatening.
