If you go to Device Manager and then to network adapters, it doesn't show a functioning network adapter? Correct. It's an ASUS TUF Gaming Z690-PLUS WIFI D4. The device is visible, but the drivers for the network adapter aren't installed, and I couldn't find ones that approximately matched in windows.
