why am i not surprised with who all's defending this

you can't just hit people because they didn't pay you enough. god forbid he tries talking to the dude about being paid more before he slaps him and cusses him out. please do better, CE...

I agree with the sentiment of this post. But you're making an assumption that they didn't make a deal beforehand and the guy didn't make up a bullshit excuse to cut his pay way down.

And even if they didn't, the assumption you're gonna get away with paying a grown man 3.33 an hour is in itself disrespectful as fuck. You need to have some standards for how you expect to be treated when everything isn't just blunt as hell. Yes, discussing it beforehand is the logical solution. But not doing that doesn't give free rain to treat the person like shit. You're basically setting up a system where you can be preyed upon for having a reasonable standard of whats expected and not expecting others to be insanely abusive of that.

But again, Im not saying there's no logic to what you're saying. Im just saying just because everything you do might not be the most logical, it doesn't give the right for people to prey on that blindspot you have. Defending this makes it seem like you'd take any opening to fuck someone over for personal gain.
