Topic	How much do you have to pay your HOA each month?

We also have a small clubhouse that residents can use for pool parties or events. Our HOA is self managed by the residents on a volunteer basis which keeps the dues low. Also, since no one is getting paid on the board it's pretty laid back. You probably won't ever get a notice of a violation unless it's egregious like trying to paint your house bright pink without permission.
