Everyone has a right to defend themselves. Thats the most important thing in today's age. Especially those that are under the boot the most.

Then you have those that literally hunt to survive. They are much much less common today, but still exist. These are people that would get absolutely ruined if they had to pay an insane tax on their tools of survival or an even more idiotic recurring tax that some ilk itt suggest.

Right to defense does not necessitate a huge arsenal of semi-automatic weapons. It is far away from the most import thing today. Not sure how you got so backwards in thought.

It is INCREDIBLY rare to find anyone hunting for survival.

The hunting population is only 6% of all Americans, basically none of them are hunting for survival. And most people don't even have a problem with hunting. You just don't need semi-automatic guns with high capacity magazines to hunt.
