Although I posted my favorite hot sauce, I find myself not really using sauces much these days. I have migrated over to using ghost pepper powder on anything I want to make spicy. It really doesn't add a ton of flavor aside from a bit of smokiness so the original meal's flavor is preserved. Also its a ton more cost effective. A $10 jar of powder will last 20x as long as a $10-15 bottle of sauce
