If you want a condo instead of a single family home then you need an HOA so make sure it is in a building that is well built and will require minimal maintenance. Depending on your age invest in a mix of stocks and bonds. Get some crypto if you really want. In no circumstance would I go more than 10% initial into crypto, but doing 1% in could actually be ok.
