I live in a legal state (both medicinal and recreational) and I use a dry herb vape to help with anxiety and sleep issues. I'm one of the unfortunate few that actually gets withdrawals when they don't have weed for a while. It sucks for two days but my body more or less resets itself and I'm good.

I have a few ground rules and boundaries I set for myself. I only vape at night and keep everything out of the way in a drawer.

It's definitely habit-forming if you have those tendencies, but I don't think it's addictive in the sense that alcohol or nicotine is.

Not to mention it becomes completely pointless if you smoke like, everyday like a bunch of stoners do and then just settle for a slight head change rather than anything resembling an actual high. Been there, done that.

Waste of money also. Shit ain't cheap.
