No using lawnmowers with blunt blades, no driving broken cars, you are legally required to have it repaired before its used again, no matter what it is.

ok I think youre being really pedantic about the word robot

obviously a lawnmower is not the same thing as an AI which isnt the same thing as a robot but everyone else understood just fine
