I left for 5-day vacation and have been absolutely destroyed since coming back .. for about the past 10 days. Slept 14 hours last night and hopefully getting better.

for me transitioning between an arid and humid climate plus flying absolutely murders my sinuses lots of nose bleeds and congestion / headaches at the moment.
