But the main thing I'm thinking is.....everyone one of the main characters are hyper traumatized at this point. NONE of these people are gonna be able to live normal lives after all this. El was already fucked up enough to commit felony assault with a skate in public and would have exploded the other kid's heads if she had her powers at the time. How is she gonna function after the events of this season. Hopper is literally being tortured in a gulag and likely got frostbite and had his leg broken, how's he gonna be involved in action or a relationship later? The kids are getting shot at and watching people die in vans.
