Most fitness influencers who sell fitness plans just copy/paste the same bull shit plan to everyone despite claiming it is "personalized," they are all probably abusing PEDs to get the body they have, and no amount of gym/chicken/broccoli/brown rice will get you anything close to their physique. --- Hello world! ...
