Honestly I dont even understand why we talk about this stuff anymore. Literally nothing will ever change. Its a part of American culture that mass shootings happen. Half the government doesnt give a fuck if a dozen or two people die in a preventable way.

Because every possible solution is wrong in someones mind. The most feasible solution is to assign resource officers to every school, but with the negativity associated with police good luck getting that done. Lock the schools down like a prison from 8am-3pm? Nope that wont fly either. Arm a select group of teachers? Lol. So no matter what you can think up there is an influential enough voter who wont like it.
