The pedestrians around these parts have no fear of death they will walk right out into the middle of the road during heavy traffic, even though there is a crosswalk 30 feet away the crosswalks work perfectly fine, but no one uses them There's a guy in my morning commute who always jogs in the middle of the road. He's not even crossing.
