Something taking a long time doesn' t make it hard unless you consider patience a form of difficulty. Point is lifting weights is one of the easiest and most accessible forms of physical activity.

I'm gonna make a few points here

  1. Something taking a very long time is absolutely a form of difficulty, who would even argue that? To stay consistent at training for years is the main reason why most people don't look very good at all, it's hard.
  2. Even with all the patience in the world you are not going to look like that by just working out a few days a week. Chris Hemsworth is 6ft fucking 3. He couldn't even look like that for more than 30 minutes at a time. You're looking at an elite genetic specimen in peak competition prep. Dehydrated, pumped, peak volume, cycled to fuck. The man himself has said that he doesn't want to do it anymore.
