Tbh this was probably not a great decision on my part. I got rejection from chase preferred and reserve...most likely due to income to debt ratio...I have a shit ton of student loans, and I haven't technically started by attending physician job yet with a higher salary. This was my 3rd option, since I'll be making some big purchases in the next few months, I'll easily get initial rewards bonus.

Theres a $700 annual fee. If I calculate out all my spending habits and average it out over the next 3 years, I'll probably be positive about $400-500 per year. Probably could've been better than that with chase preferred. For comparison I get about $200-250 right now with my wells fargo which is trash.
