Goat milk does not have enough folate. And some studies show it is associated with high rates of anemia.

If someone is just having a baby, just try your best to breastfeed. No worries about formula then. And unlike when I breastfed insurance companies have to pay for the breast pump.

Fenugreek can help get the flow going but I am truly afraid some crazy ass state will soon ban it. Because if you take it prior to giving birth it can cause contractions and might cause a miscarriage.

breastfeeding isnt practical for many women. And if you have a child who is months old and has been on formula you arent able to breastfeed.

you can get supplements to add to the goat milk to increase its necessary vitamin/mineral content.

of course the goat milk suggestion was really a near last resort. Its better than a child starving and also a temporary solution.
