Yeah, he has another video with similar/more restrictions where he didn't loop him, but he uses the standard Nightmare Before Christmas keyblade in that one. I know you can loop Axel too. If you don't hit the last button of his reaction command, you fall to the floor and can get a combo off. You'll hit his RV, he'll jump outside the wall of fire.
