Topic	Explain the keystone pipeline to me

I'm sure that there are some minor instances of it somewhere. It's just that it's hard to really confirm any because searching for it in English just gets me a bunch of XL stuff even when I'm looking at stuff not even in the Americas. I want to say that there are some in Russia (guess what the other thing I'm getting is when I search...) but I can't confirm it. As mentioned it's extremely unprofitable versus just doing normal oil stuffs so basically nowhere wants anything to do with it. It's just that America has a party that is more concerned at being a supervillain than anything else so it came down from divine mandate that we would process it for the (sort of literally) pennies that would be made after all of the extreme costs of processing + moving the stuff happened. --- "A shouted order to do something of dubious morality with an unpredictable outcome?
