Oubliettes 05/10/22 1:42:19 PM #2:	im not super knowledgeable about rules but power rating and point costs are two different systems that determine your army's power. you use one or the other, not both. most games balance at a certain point (ie 2000 pt armies is the most common afaik) pretty much everyone ignores power ratings and uses point cost instead the +15 is + to points cost. so a 75 pt model with a +15 from wargear would be a 90pt model. the +1 to power rating for the storm shield combo would make it a 5 power rating i guess --- http://i.imgur.com/ozVGOuh.png <cite>Oubliettes posted [p:964930951] in Question a...
